Sương Trà Purchase Policy

Sương Trà offers Shan Tuyết teas so that newcomers can easily explore and find the flavour that suits their taste.

The current range:

• 4-tea sampler: Hồng trà, Lục trà, Bancha and Bạch trà, 15 g each.
• Large 4-tea sampler: Hồng trà, Lục trà, Bancha and Bạch trà, 35 g each.
• 100 g tea box: you choose a single tea to your liking.

Weight, ingredients, price and usage are published on the respective product page.

You can order directly through the website or Sương Trà's official sales channels.

The steps:

1. Choose the products and quantities you want.
2. Provide your delivery details: full name, phone number and delivery address.
3. Confirm the order and check the payment information.
4. Sương Trà confirms the order, then prepares and packs it.
5. The order is handed to the carrier, or delivered in the way agreed with you.

An order counts as confirmed only after Sương Trà confirms it through a suitable contact channel.

The price of each product is published on the website or Sương Trà's official sales channel.

The total includes the value of the products and the shipping fee (if any). Any additional charges will be announced before the order is confirmed.

Sương Trà will announce the payment methods that apply when you order. Please check the amount and delivery details carefully before completing the transaction.

Sương Trà accepts orders and delivers to the address you provide, within the supported delivery area.

Delivery time depends on the destination, the time of ordering and the carrier's progress. The expected time is shared when the order is confirmed.

The shipping fee is announced before you complete the order.

If there is a delay, an address change or any issue affecting delivery, Sương Trà will contact you proactively with an update.

Please check the outside of the parcel when it arrives: the seal, the packaging and the number of items.

If a product is badly dented, the packaging is torn, items are missing, the wrong product was sent or there are signs of damage, please take photos or a video and contact Sương Trà as soon as possible.

Sương Trà will receive the information, verify the condition of the order and propose a suitable solution.

Because tea is a food product, Sương Trà encourages you to read the product information carefully before ordering.

Sương Trà accepts return or refund requests in cases such as:

• The product is faulty or damaged during delivery.
• The wrong tea or the wrong quantity was delivered.
• A quality problem is verified to be Sương Trà's responsibility.

For opened or used products, the request is considered based on the actual condition and the cause. Cases not caused by Sương Trà are handled under the applicable policy and relevant law.

To keep the tea in good condition after you receive it, we suggest you:

• Close the packaging tightly after each use.
• Keep the tea away from moisture, high temperatures and strong smells.
• Follow the storage instructions on the packaging.
